Welcome! I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERä (CFP®), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). I have a varied business background strongly influenced by my years in management with Amoco. My degrees are in Engineering and I started working for Amoco as a geophysicist in 1977. Within two years I moved into management and spent the next 20 years in management all over the world, rising to the position of President of Amoco Mediterranean. During all of the downsizing and turmoil in the oil industry of the late 90's I changed careers so that I could take my planning and management experience and apply it to helping meet the needs of individuals and businesses. I joined AXA Advisors and quickly became a respected financial professional. My partners Ken Jackson, Mike Fitzgerald, Colin Wong and I provide a high level of experience balanced with individual attention that allows us to identify and solve the unique challenges presented by each individual's situation.

My varied background in business coupled with Ken, Mike, and Colin's backgrounds in Tax, Accounting, and Finance, along with the specialized training and skills developed by AXA Advisors, LLC allows us the technical and personal skills to meet the complex and intricate challenges posed by planning for each facet of an individual’s or business’s financial situation. I have been a part of the Katy and Houston community for twelve years, and have been involved in many organizations in the area. I am the current Chairman of the Board of the Katy Family YMCA. I also chaired the Cinco Ranch High School Project Graduation for 2004, and support many local businesses and publications.
